About Bellam & Kaaram

The name says it straight: bellam is jaggery — sweet, warm, the comfort side. Kaaram is chilli heat — the side that wakes you up. Our menu sits between those two poles, biryani and pulao built to lean either way.

We're a delivery-only kitchen out of Old Safilguda, Secunderabad — the same kitchen that runs QueSnack, same team, one floor. No dining room, no seating — just food made to order and sent out for delivery.

Our menu is short on purpose: five biryanis, two pulaos and two sambar rice plates, all on the menu page. Fewer dishes means each one gets cooked properly.
